Services Provided: Medication Management
Psychiatric medication management is offered as part of a collaborative, integrated approach to care. As the practice’s medication management provider, I work alongside our psychologists and LIMPHs to ensure treatment plans are cohesive, intentional, and aligned with each patient’s therapeutic goals.
Medication is prescribed thoughtfully and conservatively, with an emphasis on evidence-based care, clinical clarity, and long-term outcomes. When indicated, treatment includes careful medication selection, patient education, and ongoing monitoring to optimize benefit while minimizing side effects. Conditions treated include:
-
Adjustment Disorders
-
ADHD
-
Anxiety Disorders
-
Depressive Disorders
-
Bipolar Disorders
-
Insomnia
-
Mood Disorders
-
Postpartum Anxiety/Postpartum Depression
-
Obsessive-compulsive Disorder (OCD)
-
Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
With patient consent, care is coordinated directly with your treating psychologist to support therapeutic progress and ensure continuity across providers. This integrated model allows psychotherapy and medication management to complement one another—supporting symptom stability, functional improvement, and sustainable mental health care.
Who This Service Is For
This service is appropriate for individuals who may benefit from psychiatric medication as part of a comprehensive treatment plan, including those:
-
Currently engaged in psychotherapy within the practice
-
Working with an external therapist and seeking coordinated medication management
-
Experiencing symptoms where medication may support therapeutic progress or functional stability
Medication management is not required for all patients and is recommended only when clinically appropriate.
Next Steps
If medication management may be appropriate, the next step is to schedule a consultation. During this visit, we will review your history, current concerns, and treatment goals to determine whether medication is indicated as part of your care.
Medication management is collaborative and never required. When recommended, care is coordinated with your treating psychologist to ensure alignment with therapy and continuity across providers.
